Elevating our partnership with Backbase through GoGreen initiative
We are thrilled to share the exciting launch of our partner Backbase’s GoGreen initiative. This innovative program takes our partnership to new heights, demonstrating our shared commitment to sustainability and positive environmental impact.
Unveiling GoGreen
Backbase partnered with treebytree in November 2023, initially gifting a tree to each of their employees as a year-end gesture. This thoughtful initiative resulted in 1,800 trees being restored!
Our partnership has now been taken to the next level with the launch of Backbase’s GoGreen initiative. Through this initiative, Backbase commits to allocating a number of trees within their Backbase Forest for every new customer and each go-live. This program directly links tree regeneration to Backbase’s commercial activities, highlighting their dedication to sustainability.
All trees, whether regenerated internally or through the GoGreen initiative, are added to Backbase’s company forest and can be tracked through a live dashboard on our sustainable gifting platform. This real-time impact is updated continuously, and the dashboard is seamlessly integrated into Backbase’s Go Green webpage.
Aiming for a greener future
Our joint goal is to regenerate approximately 20,000 trees annually through this impactful partnership. This ambitious target aligns perfectly with Backbase’s mission to drive significant environmental impact and inspire other businesses to embrace sustainability. We are proud to announce that the first 5,000 trees have already been regenerated!
