“My favourite trees have always been fruit trees. As a child, I loved climbing cherry, apricot, apple, and plum trees in my grandparents’ village, picking their fruit straight from the branches. Nowadays, I plant pear, apple, and plum trees with my son, passing on the joy rooted in those memories.”
